41mm inverted SFF-BP forks with compression, rebound and spring pre load adjustability. 1000cc DOHC liquid cooled, 16 valve engine features intake cams that boost the low to mid range torque. In the transmission, short overall gearing compliments the more agressive response engine to deliver astounding thrust at the riders command. When the road opens up, this stylish streetfighter can stretch its legs thanks to a tall sixth gear that maintains a more comfortable cruising RPM for highway riding.

The reflector-less headlight uses four LEDs long life, low energy LED bulbs. The pronounced intake growl at low RPM, combined with its intoxicating howl on full song will put a smile on any riders face.

In keeping with its radical looks, the Z1000 offers a superlative riding position. The wide, large diameter aluminium handlebars offers great leverage for agressive maneuuvres, and the knurled metal footpegs grip the riders boots to provide a direct connection to the chassis.
