The 2.4Ghz ssid is fully customizable .For ease of buyers sanity, the device has never been opened or fiddled with internally. The device has it's original SA firmware intact. There is no damage to the internal or external parts and is working 100% tested on MTN 5G, Vodacom 5G and Telkom 5G.There is some branding from the previous router provider on the bottom at the device info. The wifi 5Ghz ssid name is fixed (Provider name) but there is a option to disable it. The wifi 2.4 Ghz ssid name is fully customizable.**This is not an approved device for the Vodacom Home Internet (Big) bundle only but will work on any other network or bundle.
