Do you have 15 years experience in the automotive industry, qualified technician with strong technical expertise (vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair) to lead and optimize a workshop operation.

Must be a combination of hands-on technical knowledge with proven leadership to ensure top-quality repairs, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and skill development, oversee all vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs with strict quality standards.

Manage resources, inventory, and workshop operations efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Drive operational improvements and monitor KPIs to optimize performance.
