Workshop Mechanic

Brand New franchised workshop in Bellville (Western Cape) is looking for a Workshop Mechanic. MUST have a valid South African driver's license and at least 10yrs mechanical experience on light passenger petrol and diesel vehicles. Applicant who has previously worked in an aftermarket service environment such as BOSCH, e-Cars, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference. Requirements: Must have knowledge on a wide range of vehicles. BMW, Toyota, VW, Hyundai, Ford etc. Be able to work independently without supervision, be driven, reliable and proactive. Carry out service and repairs to the highest standard within the required standard industry flat rates. Computer diagnostic proficient. Good customer relations, be a team player. Must have traceable references. Sober habits, no criminal record. Honest and reliable.
