Payroll using Sage Pastels Classic 6.4a under 50 weekly staff using the clock card system

Processing the cashbook using manual capturing from bank statements

Creditors processing and reconciliation using Excel and matches with the age analysis and Debtors complete invoicing and sending monthly statements to customers and calling customers for payment

Excel as well

Emp201 and Vat201 returns submission on efiling

Handling labor issues and Sars as well

Hours of work per week 40 with Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm and Fri till 2.30pm
