Job Responsibilities

Head up the warehouse and manage the team to ensure internal & external service delivery

Ensure that receiving and dispatch is operating accurate and efficiently.

Monthly stocktake preparation and counts.

Ensure Health and Safety rules and policies are always adhered to.

Management of loading stock, equipment, tools and consumables.

Able to handle staff that would fall under you

Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.

Housekeeping, always ensuring a clean and organised warehouse.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.

Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

Making sure Diesel voucher are invoiced on time.

Requirements

Grade 12

Preferable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills

Able to work overtime when required.

Own transport and license essential

Basic tyre knowledge or automotive experience

Highly effective supervisory skills and technique.

Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
