Run reports and coordinate all necessary trim items for finishing purpose by garment cut/style.

Manually receive and replenish trim stock.

Manually pull trim orders from stock for sewing and finishing for all WIP.

Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas.

Maintain accurate inventory locations and counts (physical and Full Circle); cycle count regularly.

Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to Planning Manager.

Assist with problem solving within scope.

Prioritize daily work assignments and change direction as priorities are modified.

Create and maintain reports, as needed.

Communicate with colleagues, vendors and contractors in person, via email and phone, as needed.

Order care labels based on fabric care and content for all WIP, as needed.

Assist with all paper work to sewing contractor for shipping instructions.

Purchasing of machine parts and trims for CMT

Working closely with CMT manager on order requirements

Report any discrepancies or issues to CMT manager

Strong communication and follow up skills. –

Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.

Follow development of new trims as they are sourced.

Communicate design requests to manufacturer, track submits for approval. –

Negotiate prices and timing with suppliers for samples and stock.

Initiate and maintain seasonal trim costing charts.

Participate in Line Status Meetings and communicate current progress/ status with all trims. - Weekly status meeting with production team regarding sample and stock trim delivery and/ or quality issues. –

Responsible for monitoring the timely approval and receipt of all trims in accordance with production calendar

Follow up on FOB orders and help resolve when issues arise. –

Reply to all emails/ correspondence, trim quality and delivery. –

Assist manufacturers in the placement of stock trim, including partnering with respective inbound teams for data upload to UPC ticket suppliers and checking factory order forms. –

Monitor factory label order dates against seasonal calendar

Other duties as needed.


Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, production, raw material: fabric/textile/trims or product development, preferably in textile industry.

Computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
