Manufacturing Manager for Air cooled Chillers

Senior Refrigeration Manager

An industrial refrigeration manufacturing company based in the south of Durban is looking to employ a Senior Refrigeration Manager . The successful candidate must be proficient in refrigeration, have a technical background, have 7-10 years experience with hands-on industrial refrigeration and preferably have worked in a manufacturing / servicing / Water Chiller environment. Electrical experience will be required as a great percentage of the job description entails electrical work.

The candidate needs to have managerial experience; the following skills are imperative.

· Refrigeration and electrical knowledge

· Managing staff and Leadership skills

· Planning for the workshop- setting targets

· Drivers Licence

· Breakdowns assistance to the technicians on site

· Troubleshooting

· Assisting in ordering and following up

· Commissioning planning and telephonic assistance

KEY POINTS IN INTERVIEW:

They must have been involved in either installing or working on either Air-cooled chillers, water cooled chillers or HVAC systems.

Preferably experienced in travelling ( hopefully to neighbouring countries too)
