Computer literate; own transport required.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily office maintenance and facility upkeep.
Coordinate contractors and maintenance staff.
Do regular inspections and arrange repairs or replacements.
Manage maintenance requests and ensure quick turnaround.
Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment.
Ensure all health, safety, and building regulations are followed.
Assist with small renovations and office moves.
Liaise with external service providers (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.).
