Job Opportunity: Stock Control and Administration

We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. This critical role will oversee stock management, dispatch operations, and ensure efficient tracking of our manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Stock Preparation: Accurately prepare and issue stock items to relevant teams, ensuring timely distribution.
• Stock Tracking and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of stock issued, returned, and utilized by teams, providing daily reports to management.
• Shrinkage Control: Monitor and analyze stock usage to identify discrepancies, prevent theft, and minimize shrinkage.
• Dispatch Management: Coordinate the dispatch of manufactured products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries.
• Stock Reviews: Conduct regular stock audits and collaborate with teams to ensure inventory levels align with operational requirements.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement measures to enhance stock control and dispatch procedures.
• Data capturing and filing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.
