Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality service across your portfolio. This role suits someone confident, organised, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers while proactively seeking new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market the company’s full range of products to new and existing markets.

• Service and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Handle all sales-related communication, including incoming calls, customer queries, product information, and pricing requests.

• Prepare and manage accurate quotations based on customer requirements.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant interactions, sales activity, and pipeline information.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or introduce new product offerings to existing clients.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role.

• Strong computer literacy, including CRM and MS Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
