Roles and ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.Manage and process orders using the Meat Matrix system to ensure traceability and inventory accuracy.Load and unload chillers and cold storage areas, ensuring correct product handling and temperature control.Verify quantities, product quality, and documentation before dispatch.Maintain clean, organised, and safe dispatch and storage areas in line with company hygiene and safety standards.Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation when required.Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
