Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Set up, operate and program CNC milling machines
- Ensure work meets required quality and tolerance standards and deadlines
- Inspect and verify accuracy of finished components
- Recognised trade test qualification
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the engineering or metal industry
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and materials
- Good handeye coordination and strong practical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound communication skills in English (read, write, and understand)
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Own reliable transport
- No criminal record
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Logical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
