Pattern Stitching Machine Operator

We are seeking highly skilled Pattern Sewing Machine Operators with proven experience operating programmable / automated pattern sewing machines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of machine setup, operation, programming, quality control, and production efficiency.

This role is critical to maintaining consistent quality, accuracy, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate programmable pattern sewing machines at a proficient level
• Set up machines for various sewing patterns, materials, and production requirements
• Load, select, adjust, and verify sewing programs and patterns
• Perform accurate positioning and alignment of materials using jigs, clamps, and guides
• Monitor sewing operations to ensure precision, consistency, and quality standards
• Identify and correct sewing defects, pattern errors, or machine issues during production
• Perform routine machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, sewing specifications, and production instructions
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality control, and production teams
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety procedures
