Food Manufacturing and Distribution Company seeks a Brand Manager.

You will develop and deliver the 12-18th month brand plan reviewed and shaped product categories or lines through PMR Development of packaging, brand communication elements and research as aligned to brand plan
Achievement of targets including the management and control of the brand budget
Monthly participation and engagement with the frozen food factory.
Min 5yrs FMCG marketing experience and a 4-year Degree in Marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of key business metrics including, turnover; GP, EBIT and share targets for the frozen portfolio.
They will be responsible for developing and implementing the 12 - 18-month brand plan and budget. Through effective collaboration and project management they will deliver allocated innovation and cost saving initiatives as per the portfolio plan; on time and in full.
Efficient and effective cross-functional partnering with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sales Planning teams is critical to the success of this role.
Additionally, there is a requirement for the individual to be future focused as demonstrated through active identification of innovation / market growth opportunities.
People management will be advantageous, while commercial acumen (understanding of a P&L), the ability to analyse data, produce insights, generate reports and present at Management level is key. Experience in the frozen food, food services industry, restaurants and/ or forecourts will be advantageous.
