Leather Workshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced Leather Workshop Manager to run and oversee a busy leather workshop.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the leather industry

• Proven workshop/production management experience

• Contactable references

• Computer literate (stock systems, production tracking, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations and staff

• Ensure production targets are met

• Oversee stock control (ordering, issuing, stock takes)

• Reduce leather wastage and improve efficiency

• Implement better systems to increase productivity

• Problem-solving and ensuring smooth workshop operations
