FACTORY MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Factory Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations and ensure production runs efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 5 year's experience in a factory or manufacturing environment

-Proven experience managing production target, performance scores, and strict deadlines.

-Mechanical experience/knowledge required and is an advantage

-Logistics knowledge will be advantegeous

- Must have own reliable transport

-Must be of sober habits

- Traceable references are essential

- Strong leadership, organisational and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and manage daily factory operations and staff

-Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met

-Monitor and improve production performance and efficiency

-Assist with basic mechanical trouble shooting and machine oversight

-Coordinate workflow and logistics to maintain smooth operations

-Maintain quality control and safety stands.
