Production Supervisor/Team Manager

I am looking for the job as the Production Supervisor/Team Manager,or any role that is suitable for my qualifications and experience. I have a BTech Degree in Operations Management,SAMTRAC,Incident Investigation level3,HIRA safety certificates and a code10 driver's licence.My skills include,but not limited to:1)production planning and control.2) quality control.3) coaching and motivation.4)SHE management.5)Incident investigation.6) Welding-arc and CO2.7) inventory management and procurement.

As the Supervisor/Team Manager,I measure my success by:1) meeting production deadlines, and making adjustments in the production plan when challenges are anticipated in advance.2) Maximise productivity,efficiency,utilization and developing strategies to minimize/eliminate waste.3)Zero harm to personnel and equipment.4) Developing employees,by setting S.M.A.R.T goals,both individually and as a team.5) Doing research to help my organization make good use of opportunities,and develop strategies in advance to deal with potential threats.6) learning from others,and also be someone whom others can rely on for any advice and or solution.
