that all non-conformances and findings are appropriately closed out within the
stipulated time period and provide an action plan for those requiring a longer
time for completion and implementation

Ensure
that the Certificates issued by certification authorities are retained and
valid for the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems implemented
·
Is
responsible for external communication between suppliers, customers,
contractors, statutory authorities and ensures that recognition of the
company’s role and position within the food chain is essential for effective
interactive communication in order to deliver safe food products as
contracted
·
Arrange
an annual Management Review Meeting
·
Prepare
agenda according to standard requirements, meeting register, minutes for circulation and provide an action
plan with due dates for close out of any unresolved issues
·
Report to the Management team on the
performance of the Quality / HACCP Management System, including identified
needs for improvement.
· Ensure awareness amongst employees of
the QMS / HACCP requirements, with specific emphasis on customer requirements
