CNC Plasma / Laser Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or cutting machines

• Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions

• Load materials, select correct tooling, and adjust machine settings

• Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Perform basic machine maintenance and report faults when necessary

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license will be a bonus

• Valid South African ID is a MUST!
