Hello to my future employers..my name is Jacque I am a 39 year old white male. I have the following experience and was a team leader, supervisor,site supervisor and a production supervisor. I have my code 10 learners license I can als operate ship cranes,hyster,forklift,telly handler and sky jack I have my training certificates in fire fighting and safety Also MIG and Stick certificates and a valid C grade Security certificate. I am in good health and clean and sober. I know how to fill out DSTI forms and do risk management on site. I know how to do fire and safety and risk assessment site and workshop I dont drink or smoke. I am a semi skilled welder I have 3 years Extruder Plant Operator experience with pvc plastic. I was a floor supervisor and production supervisor. With PVC pipes from conduit and gutters up to 650mm class 12 pressure pipes and gutters/downpipes 5+years in shipping and and metal work on ships from tanker vessels bulk carriers to container vessels 5+ years in metal work and piping including workshop and site work, I ran and maintaned volute pumps up to 6inch.
