My client, a well established group of companies in the Agricultural sectors is seeking to employ an Administrative and Logistics Assistant with min 1 - 2 years relevant experience. A relevant qualification will be highly advantageous.
Duties will include:

Opening of new contact on the system

Follow-up and collect outstanding contacts from various parties

Manage monthly audits in terms of collecting POD's and capturing of invoices

Follow-up on outstanding POD's

6 month reconciliations

Logistics administration

Sending out invoices to clients and depot's

Scheduling and booking in of trucks

Maintenance of order forms an invoices from depots

Updating stock sheets


Min matric

Tertiary qualification highly advantageous

1 - 2 Years logistics experience

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
