Salary negotiable depending on experience and ability

The main purpose: To ensure that Company assets are accounted for and proper controls are in place

Key responsibilities:

· To keep proper records of in- and -out going stock

· To control issue of stock

· To design and maintain stock system

· Computerized record keeping.

· To retain adequate stock of certain parts on site.

· Purchase of vehicle parts

· Other responsibilities:

o To supervise the cleaning staff

o To drive when required

o To go to licensing department or other driving when required

· Qualifications and experience:

5 Years’ experience in this position

Worked in Motor industry

Mechanical knowledge

Knowledge of Parts and Heavy diesel equipment

Must be able to identify parts

“Take no – nonsense personality” but fair and approachable

Must have a Drivers license

Must be computer literate

The incumbent should have good numerical skills and. Have excellent organizing and co-ordination qualities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful, Ability to multi-task, Able to operate successfully under high time pressures, Build and maintain and retain relationships. Supervise cleaning staff
