- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems (advantageous)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Obtain and maintain a valid forklift licence (training will be required for the successful candidate).
DUTIES
- Primary focus on logistics coordination, ensuring the efficient movement and handling of goods and materials.
- Provide backup support for operations, assisting with day-to-day activities when required.
- Manage warehouse operations, maintaining organized workflows, storage practices, and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee stock control, including accurate receiving, storage, and dispatching of inventory.
- Execute month-end inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining precise stock records.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, being available every alternate weekend to support operational needs.
- Obtain and maintain a valid forklift licence (training will be required for the successful candidate).
