Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Manage local and international orders, ensuring supplier timelines, delivery accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast material requirements, and ensure optimal inventory availability.
• Work closely with suppliers to track orders, obtain quotations, and manage lead times.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, customs documentation, and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for stock, shipments, and supplier performance.
• Improve supply chain processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, projects, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and supply chain KPIs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 35 years' experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience within the electrical, energy, solar, or technical product environment is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and ERP platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
