Key Responsibilities:- Logistics planning- Capacity forecasting- Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs- Manage customer expectations- Damage investigation and root cause analysis- Collection and delivery scheduling- Updating and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System, including tracking of vehicles- Manage monthly billing of customers- Understand and maintain the Companys SOPs- Reporting on the Companys performance in daily / monthly meetings- Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAsQualifications and Skills:- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Key Account Management- Excellent communication skills- Computer literate- Fully conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel- Strong administrative and organizational skills- Time management skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours- Willing to work away from your home depot when required- Ability to work unsupervised- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently- Strong self-discipline- Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision
