Description
Location: JHB, Gauteng
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Payroll Management or similar
- ERS Biometric and Sage VIP experience
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Management of employee annual and sick leave applications with the NBCRFLI.
- Submit AWOL applications to NBCRFLI.
- Assist with sick bonus, year-end bonus and year-end leave applications at the NBCRFLI.
- Assisting with NBCRFLI D-form submissions as well as the provident fund submissions.
- Management of employee leave and sick leave applications on SAGE VIP.
- Assist with daily queries from National Bargaining Council.
- Weekly checking of wages timecards and overtime calculations on ERS and VIP.
- Management and loading of new employees and terminations on ERS and VIP
- Ensure the weekly wages payroll runs smoothly.
- Management of Garnishee deductions weekly and ensuring successful monthly payments and timeous reconciliations of garnishees.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll reports as well as reconciliations.
- Assisting with the preparation of labour broker staff hours and payroll submissions when required.
