Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Port Elizabeth. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organization, are essential.
• Proficient in diary management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional and proactive approach to work and able to maintain confidentiality is required.
