We offer Labour and Consumer Disputes services at very low charges. There is a new internationally and Legally recognized method of resolving disputes called Alternative Dispute Resolution,which is far too cheaper than litigation. If for instance ,in Labour disputes the matter will be heard internally and if the agrieved employee is not happy with the outcome of the disciplinary hearing,then that matter will be referred to the CCMA and we will represent you at CCMA and the Labour court at a reasonably low fee. We are members and panelists of the Lawyers called ADR Network. We will also give you legal advise regarding your case at all levels. I may also add that, I was a Commissioner for many years,at the CCMA and most Bargaininng Councils, Nationally. We assist with the Disputes in both the Public and Private sectors, equally. Since I was a Commissiner in both the Private and Public sector,i am consequently familiar with procedures and Law applicable
