- Capture invoices and process EFTs for business and trust accounts
- Perform monthly billing, reconciliations, and trust balance clean-ups
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to finance-related queries
What youll bring:
- Matric and a Bookkeeping Diploma (essential)
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience (law firm or professional services advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CMS/Aderant, FICA/KYC, or banking processes advantageous
- High accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure
