They are seeking a skilled Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and be responsible for providing administrative support in the conveyancing department.

Minimum requirements:
  • Prepare and draft legal documents related to property transfers
  • Experience in Deceased Estates Transfers would be ideal
  • Assist in managing client files and documentation
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans is essential
