My client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking a suitably experienced and professional individual to join their team in the role of Civil Litigation Paralegal / Secretary / Personal Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support a senior associate and will be responsible for:

• Assisting with all aspects of civil litigation in various divisions of the High Court

• Working semi-autonomously on multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Maintaining a diary system and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12

• At least six (6) years’ experience in civil litigation (excluding debt recovery), specifically in the High Court

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Valid driver’s license

Remuneration: R20 000 – R25 000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Added Advantages:

• Experience with Ghost Practice

• Relevant legal qualifications and/or formal training
