Certified Pest / Weed Control Technician Needed – Grass Cutting Team Leader

Acumen consortium is looking for an experienced and reliable individual with a valid Pest Control / Weed Control Certificate to join our growing operations.

This role is for a Grass Cutting Team Leader, ideal for someone with hands-on field experience and leadership skills.

Requirements:
• Valid Pest Control and/or Weed Control Certificate
• Previous experience in grass cutting, weed control, or landscaping
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Duties:
• Supervising grass cutting and weed control operations
• Leading and coordinating a grass cutting team
• Ensuring work is done to a high standard
• Applying weed control safely and correctly
• Managing daily tasks and job sites
