I have worked for state, large corporate & small to large private companies, started & owned several successful businesses, companies & properties. I built these properties with large coffee shop, 90x seat restaurant, kiddies nursery school, 2x hairdressers, 1x wholesale & 2x retail nurseries, 1x beauty salon, 1x nail salon & 4x residential houses from design, construction, and maintenance. As landlord, had several tenants, rental agreements, rental debt collecting & lawyers in court sessions. Designed & construction of building & house interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, security with automated gates & garage doors, plumbing, 220W/340W electrical, lighting, tiling, painting, heated pools, municipal & Rand Water services, agriculture sewage systems, french drains, boreholes, water storage tanks, auto drip irrigation system for nursery. I applied and submitted various landscaping & garden maintenance tenders and attended several public auctions. I managed several large sport & recreation areas & facilities, like a gym with pool, sports bar, soccer & rugby fields, full size cricket pitch & bowling, netball, golf driving range, 9-hole golf mashy course, tennis courts, beach volleyball & hockey field, turf grasses (natural & synthetic) Entertainment facilities, hotel, spa, hospitality & lifestyle golf /sport estates, wetland, beach front, envirionmentally sensitive, rehabilitized and restored nature & wildlive areas.
