This 15.85 ha livestock farm is situated approximately 9 km from Worcester, close to the tarred R101. A gravel road of 1.5 km leads to the farm entrance, where a gaggle of geese waddle about, welcoming visitors.

The top-end of the farm borders on the grassy banks of the Breede River, creating a space to relax, swim or paddle. The whole farm has panoramic views over various mountain ranges, some of which are always snow-capped in winter.

Lucerne is planted on 3 hectares. Oats is grown seasonally.

The farm has registered rights to water that is pumped from the Breede River, using a cart-mounted pump for easy overnight storage. The second house has three bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, kitchen, and storeroom. This can be rented out for additional income.

Security includes cameras, burglar bars, security gates and gated access to the farm.

All buildings are in a good condition. Some pieces of useful equipment, all included in the sale, will need some repairs.

One contracted worker lives on the farm.

This farm is marketed as a going concern at R6.5 million, plus VAT. The sales price includes a flock of 100 sheep [Dorpers] and 20 head of cattle, and various pieces of farming equipment. Should the buyer not want the livestock, it will all be sold and the asking price will be adjusted accordingly. The seller is Vat registered.
