It’s 60km to Hermanus from Pringle for the whale watching. Private and state hospitals in Hermanus and then closer, Somerset West.

What are the negatives? The Cape South Easter wind and those naughty baboons which range from Rooiels to Kleinmond. Build your house with these two realities in mind, to avoid the issues.
