We are looking for a vacant land or an existing demolished house in a residential area,not near any informal settlements, to buy or rent ,+-500 sq/m.It will be used for business purposes but not a noisy operation, where neighbours must agree. The three single diff trucks will be repaired and moved in 6 months ,manually made bricks ,gas with 15 bottle storage 9 we will apply for the permit).
