A bachelors flat provides even more room for guests or family. There is a single garage but also ample off-street parking available in front of the house. The beach is a leisurely three blocks away. Just enough to be out of the corrosive effects of the salty spray, but close enough to hear the waves crash some days. Besides those beach days there is plenty to do and experience up and down the coast.
