Water is supplied by 10 boreholes, 9 x windmills,1 x solar pump, and 3 water wells. Currently, only 1 water well is used. Water is stored in 2 dams (with plastic liners) and plastic water tanks ( 12 x 5 000Lt and 6 x 10 000Lt). Earth dams (5) store rainwater very efficiently during the rainy seasons. Water is distributed with a windmill across the farm with a plastic pipeline. Two other pipelines get their water from the homestead via a mono pump. Water is distributed very efficiently making easy access to water possible for animals in this arid region. This part has 7 neat sheep-handling facilities. Fencing is in excellent condition with parameter fencing jackal proofed and electrified (4 x Energizers).

Homestead
The homestead offers a big, renovated house with 4 x bedrooms, 2 x living rooms, 1 x dining room, 1 big kitchen with ample cupboards, 2 x offices, 2 x bathrooms, and 1 x laundry. The house has a modern interior look with not much needing to do.
