Located in the midst of a sought-after area between Victoria West and Loxton, this 4,190-hectare farm is known as the "cream of the crop" due to its size, the topography consisting of extensive flood leegtes and well-preserved veldt, together with a wide variety of Karoo vegetation. The farm consists of 3 adjacent title deeds.

It is situated off a tarred road, 46 km from Victoria West and 35 km from Loxton. The convenient location makes it accessible from various destinations.

The veldt is in near-pristine condition due to proper veldt management and conservative grazing applied over many years. All farming infrastructure, including the fences, solar pumps and windmills, are well-maintained.

Jackal proof perimeter fencing with good quality stock proof fencing dividing the inner camps are all well-maintained. Two smaller camps are fully jackal proof fenced. About 16 boreholes are fitted with windmills and 3 with solar pumps, supplying drinking water for livestock together with two perennial fountains. Water is stored in 13 reservoirs and 3 water tanks. Some of these reservoirs can also be used for irrigation.

This this farm has two rivers flowing intermittently several times per annum, a valuable add-on to the value and quality of the natural veldt, because the rivers open and flood large areas (leegtes), supplying additional fodder and grazing for the livestock.

At present there is only one hectare of lucerne, but infrastructure exists to establish much more.

Accommodation on one of the title deeds is in an appealing 3-bedroom family homestead set in a lush garden. Other buildings include a shearing shed, cooler room, garages, and outbuildings.
