Khaya Ndlovu is a private game reserve, situated 2,5km outside of Hoedspruit. It is an exclusive, low density residential reserve with only 35 stands on 1,307 ha of pristine bushveld. Owners live amongst Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Cheetah, Wild dog and more. It is a well-managed share-block and the shareholders own the whole reserve and their own particular house.

The majority of the sites are set on the banks of the stunning, seasonal Sandspruit river, a beautiful dry riverbed, with large trees which meanders through Khaya Ndlovu. The houses are located privately, with the rest of the reserve being conserved as wilderness areas.

There is a well-maintained road network, covering approximately 45 kilometres of game drive routes with new additional tracks having been added. The farm has 3 dams – Hippo Dam – the biggest and best sundowner spot; Wild dog dam – the closest to the housing area and Western dam – a seasonal dam. During the summer months seasonal pans fill with water which become popular watering holes for animals and birds alike. A new bird hide has been built and offers views onto a mud pan. Khaya Ndlovu owners also has controlled access via a booking system to the Bloubank traverse area, which is 3,118Ha in size.
