The farm is well-known for its fertile soil and ample supply of water, here you can plant to your heart’s desire. A registered allocation of 20.5Ha (the equivalent of 143.5 million Litres of water per annum!) comes from the very popular and affordable Dwariga Irrigation Water Scheme, not to mention the winter and summer shared water from the Langeberg mountains. Water is stored in a large servitude dam (capacity roughly 98 million Litres) and another smaller dam (capacity roughly 4.5 million litres) and a well-maintained stand-by borehole with new submersible pump, provides good quality water when needed.

The good news is that there is more water available to this farm than what is currently planted, which allows you to expand. The existing plantings consist of 3.6Ha of Apricots, 4.8Ha of Peaches, 7.7Ha already prepared for Cash Crops, 2.5Ha of Grazing pastures for Horses, and 120 Olive trees of different Varieties.
