This distinguishing 8,469-hectare typical Kalahari farm is well-maintained and idyllically situated on the northern banks of the mighty Orange River. This farm has so much to offer as you can integrate livestock farming with some irrigation.

Fresh water is pumped from the river to various reservoirs and tanks widely distributed across the entire farm to the 21 inner camps. The electricity costs to pump the water is approximately R4,500.00 per month with the water cost running at R6 000 per year. This well-designed system operates well and hazzle free. All inner fences are in a well-kept condition due to proper maintenance and continuous inspection.

The spacious farmstead consists of a huge double storey house with 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, braai room, kitchen, and slaughtering facility. From the upper level you overlook the lush pastures which contribute to a special ambience of this beautiful Kalahari surrounds. Water for household is supplied via a purifying system. Solar panels provided adequate power to the house and outbuildings through a 6 KVA converter. The whole area is safely and securely fenced in and electrified.
