Junior IT Technician

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide hardware and software support to clients both onsite and remotely.

- Assist with network installations and troubleshooting.

- Provide server support and maintenance.

- Assist with sales activities, including client consultations and product demonstrations.

- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.

**Requirements:**

- Relevant qualification in IT or a related field.

- Valid driver's license and own transport.

- Physically healthy and fit to perform various tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in IT support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
