Junior I.T Tech
I am currently looking for a Junior I.T Tech who will be responsible for the following:
1.The Helpdesk support analyst will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email via a call
2.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
3.Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
4.. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Understand the resolution and document the fix for repeat incidents.
5.Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
He/She must be Task orientated, and deadline driven Logical thinker Passionate, Responsible and dedicated in their approach towards the IT industry Customer focused and team player Ability to relay ideas to peers Ability to foster good relationships with clients
