IT JUNIOR TECH

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to support calls and emails

Log and manage helpdesk tickets accurately

Test, configure, and maintain I.T. equipment

Perform stock checks and assist with inventory control

Install and load Windows operating systems and device drivers

Carry out basic remote troubleshooting for Windows-related issues
