Senior Estimator - Spartan

Key Responsibilities

• Experience within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Demonstrate strong Technical Sales Management and/or Leading Teams.
• Compile sales tenders, project proposals and reports.
• Costing Sheet preparation and approval of ventilation design proposals and tenders.
• Lead team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market.
• Market business relationship building and mainstream marketing to:
• Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects / PQSs, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors, Property Managers / Developers, Local Authorities, End Users.
• Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry.
• Client strategy and planning.
• Ability and willingness to travel when necessary
