Role Overview

We are hiring a Level 2 IT Support Administrator to handle escalated technical issues, support critical systems, and maintain stable IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Level 2 hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Support Windows, macOS, Linux, AD, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

  • Maintain CRM, VoIP, telephony, and call centre systems.

  • Troubleshoot networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches).

  • Manage servers, backups, patches, and updates.

  • Implement IT security best practices.

  • Deploy/maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi, printers.

  • Work with vendors on escalations.

  • Handle IT asset management and documentation.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years IT support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

  • Experience with VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure/M365.

  • Strong diagnostics, communication, and SLA-driven support skills.

Preferred
  • A+, N+, Security+, MCSE/MCSA, CCNA or Azure certifications.

  • Experience in call centres/enterprise IT.

  • Strong cybersecurity awareness.

  • IT Diploma/Degree.

  • 4–6 years experience and advanced troubleshooting skills.
