ElJoSa Travel & Tours — one of South Africa’s trusted luxury passenger transport providers — is looking for an ambitious, driven Operations Management Intern to join our national operations team.

This is not your average internship. The successful candidate will be mentored directly by senior management, learning the ropes of operational, logistical, and leadership excellence within a fast-paced national travel business. You’ll be earmarked for succession into the role of National Operations Manager, with a long-term view toward General Manager status.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with day-to-day national operations, fleet coordination, and service delivery.
• Analysing operational systems and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting HR, finance, and logistics teams in managing compliance and productivity.
• Learning all aspects of transport operations — from scheduling to client relations.
• Growing into a leadership role with hands-on exposure across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Operations Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration (essential).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and people skills.
• A hands-on problem solver who thrives under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans essential, 3rd Language a bonus).
• A valid driver’s license (PrDP preferred).
