Wheelabrator - Model SA 04 Vacu-Blast Closed Circuit Sandblasting Machine.

Bought for project fully rebuilt, but never used.

Ideal for Marine applications such as weld preparation, mill-scale & rust removal on steel hulls, oxide removal

and plate preparation on aluminium plate, corrosion

blasting in occupied accommodation areas as well as

engine-rooms and tankage.

The machine comprises two sections forming one

integral unit, the Storage Hopper/Reclaimer and Dust

Collector, which supplies and reclaims the abrasive

and provides the vacuum for recovery purposes.

These, together with the Blast Gun and hose set, form

a highly efficient, mobile, dustless surface finishing unit.

The machine includes a closed circuit blast gun with a

pre-set suction nozzle assembly with a 9.5mm abrasive nozzle.
